Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT helps individuals identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions, and build practical coping skills. CBT can be effective for anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, and other mental health concerns, helping clients create meaningful and lasting changes in everyday life.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals develop practical skills for managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, and responding more effectively to stressful situations. DBT focuses on four core areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills can help clients feel more in control of their emotions and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an evidence-based treatment specifically designed for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). CPT helps individuals understand how trauma may have changed the way they think about themselves, others, and the world.
Through structured therapeutic work, clients learn to identify and challenge trauma-related beliefs, reduce feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame, and develop a more balanced understanding of their experiences.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is considered a leading treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP helps individuals gradually face feared thoughts, situations, sensations, or uncertainty while learning to resist compulsions and avoidance behaviors.
Over time, ERP helps reduce the power of the OCD cycle, build tolerance for uncertainty and distress, and increase confidence in navigating anxiety without relying on compulsions.
Collaborative Assesment for the Management of Suiciality
CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) is an evidence-based, suicide-focused therapeutic framework designed to help individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, urges, or behaviors. Rather than viewing suicidality only as a symptom of another diagnosis, CAMS focuses directly on understanding the unique circumstances and emotional pain contributing to suicidal thoughts.

The CAMS approach is highly collaborative. The therapist and client work together to identify the factors driving suicidal distress, develop a personalized stabilization and safety plan, and address the specific problems that make life feel unbearable.

Treatment focuses on reducing suicide risk, strengthening coping and problem-solving skills, increasing hope, and helping clients develop meaningful reasons for living.
CAMS can be integrated with other therapeutic approaches as part of an individualized treatment plan.
